Join the California Artisan Cheese Guild for a day of learning and networking geared specially for members of the cheese trade. Special guest Benjamin Wolfe, assistant professor at Tufts University, will offer a keynote talk on his lab’s latest research into the science of cheese and microbes. We will also host a panel on hot topics facing California distributors and retailers. Wrap up the day with a networking happy hour to meet your fellow cheesemongers and cheesemakers.
