Plant Manager – Sartori Company
Sartori Company, a fourth-generation, family-owned cheesemaker based in Plymouth, Wisconsin, recently acquired Rumiano Cheese Company in May 2025. As part of this exciting transition, we’re seeking a Plant Manager to lead our Crescent City, California facility, home to approximately 50 team members.
This facility partners with local farms to source pasture-raised organic milk used in the production of cheese, butter, and protein powders, expanding Sartori’s ability to deliver exceptional, high-quality products to our customers. Our Crescent City team is passionate about their craft and plays a key role in extending Sartori’s legacy of excellence.
