Janet Fletcher is seeking a volunteer assistant for cheese classes on May 21 and July 16 in Napa, from 3:30 pm to approximately 8 pm. Duties include room setup, cheese plating, wine pouring and table clearing; no dishwashing. Assistants have seats during class with their own cheese plate and wines. Class details are here.
